DevOps Tech Lead

Working as a DevOps Tech Lead, you will: • Drive architectural decisions for cloud-native environments, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance • Partner closely with development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the software delivery lifecycle • Lead, mentor, and grow a DevOps team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Design, build, and maintain advanced CI/CD toolchains and supporting infrastructure • Streamline and automate development and release pipelines using modern DevOps methodologies, including GitOps • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform • Architect, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Kubernetes environments • Strengthen system security by implementing and overseeing robust cybersecurity controls • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery of updates and fixes About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • Extensive hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, including advanced cluster configuration and performance tuning • Proven experience leading technical teams and making strategic architecture decisions • Strong background in designing and managing cloud environments, preferably in Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is an advantage) • Practical experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms • Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security mechanisms (e.g., firewalls, routing, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL) • Good knowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation processes, including automation • Experience with security and vulnerability scanning tools such as Veracode, BlackDuck, Gradar, or Qualys • Familiarity with AI-related initiatives is considered a plus • Proficiency in scripting for automation purposes We offer • Rate: 140 - 170 PLN/h + VAT • Remote work • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
