Nasze wymagania: Strong experience in platform administration (experience with monitoring tools such as Nexthink or similar is a plus) Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash, with attention to quality and scalability Experience working with APIs, data processing, and structured development workflows (e.g., GitHub reviews) Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) or willingness to learn Understanding of support models (L1–L3) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a structured manner O projekcie: In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for a Endpoint Monitoring Engineer. The team manages a large-scale monitoring platform deployed on over 35,000 devices, supporting the improvement of digital experience across the organization. Location: Remote Remuneration: 120 - 130 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B Type of employment: B2B contract Project language: English Zakres obowiązków: Administer and operate the endpoint monitoring platform, including dashboards, metrics, and configurations Design and develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions Manage and utilize APIs for data extraction and automation Develop, maintain, and deploy PowerShell and Bash scripts across the organization using GitHub pipelines Work in an Agile environment (Jira, sprints) and contribute to continuous service improvement Provide support across L1–L3 levels for monitoring-related topics and troubleshooting Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and security for all deployed scripts Oferujemy: Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
