Wymagania: - master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field - minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in areas related to Service Delivery Management - excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics - proficiency in agile software delivery and experience with agile at scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe) - proven ability to drive engagements at both the executive (CxO) level and with delivery execution teams - proven records of financial accountability and the ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting - excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes - innovation and continuous improvement mindset to drive project success - very good knowledge of German and English.
