FinOps Specialist

We’re looking for a FinOps Specialist to help us manage cloud costs and drive sound financial decisions across multi-cloud environments. This role is all about visibility, optimization, and impact. You will work at the intersection of Cloud, Finance, and Engineering — helping teams understand where money is spent and how to spend it better. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a FinOps Specialist • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot optimization potential • Experience implementing tagging standards • Hands-on experience with cloud cost management tools • Advanced Excel skills and confidence in building presentations • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and business teams Responsibilities • Analyze cloud costs and identify saving opportunities • Monitor usage and detect anomalies across AWS, Azure, or GCP • Build clear reports and presentations for stakeholders • Improve tagging standards and cost allocation models • Compare actual spend vs budget and explain variances • Work closely with engineering teams to automate cost reporting • Use tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Advisor, GCP Recommender, and Cloudability... • Support the development of a strong FinOps practice We Offer • B2B contract and stable, long-term cooperation • Luxmed private medical care • Multisport sports card • Hybrid work (1 x per week visit to the office in Warsaw) Recruitment process: • HR interview - 20 min • Technical interview - 30 min • Meeting with the client - 1 hour
