Role: Full Stack Developer As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Cantor Fitzgerald’s web‑based, mission‑critical applications supporting our Fixed Income Inter‑Dealer Brokerage business. This position requires strong full‑stack engineering skills, a deep understanding of application performance, and the ability to operate within a fast‑paced global trading environment. You will work across both frontend and backend components, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, reliable, and user‑focused solutions that power high‑performance trading workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full‑stack applications used across trading and brokerage workflows. • Build responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar). • Design and optimize server‑side components to ensure scalability, resiliency, and low latency. • Optimize client‑side performance to deliver seamless, fast user experiences. • Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and support automated deployment processes. • Containerize applications using Docker to streamline build and release cycles. • Work with SQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data flows. • Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to uphold code quality and platform stability. • Collaborate closely with business, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering teams. • Contribute to documentation, development standards, and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Skills • Strong experience in full‑stack development with at least one major frontend framework (Angular, React, or similar). • Solid understanding of backend development, APIs, and service‑oriented architectures. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker). • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design principles. • Ability to diagnose and optimize frontend and backend performance. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a high‑pressure environment. Desirable Skills • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus). • Experience with Java or Python for backend development or scripting tasks. • Understanding of distributed systems concepts and asynchronous messaging solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. • Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack engineering roles. • Experience working in financial services or other high‑availability environments is a plus. Experience • Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise‑grade, high‑performance web applications. • Exposure to multi‑team, multi‑vendor, or distributed engineering environments. • Background supporting or developing systems for large‑scale, performance‑critical platforms is highly desirable. Work Arrangement • Hybrid role based in Warsaw, with three days per week in the office. • Offered as a permanent contract (Umowa o Pracę – UoP).
