Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania: Hands-on experience building automated GTM or RevOps workflows; Clay, n8n/Zapier, or equivalent. You've shipped production workflows, not just prototypes. Strong grasp of how data flows through a GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), enrichment providers, sequencing tools, and the integrations that connect them. Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript). You don't need to be a full-stack developer, but you can debug an integration when it breaks. Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, or similar) and a clear view on when each is worth the credit cost. Commercial fluency: you understand what a funnel looks like, what makes a good ICP, and why the handoff between marketing and sales usually breaks. Experience with building and pulling in different teams to build what’s needed. Need a series of webinars/events to support a sequence/industry use case? You don’t wait around for someone to tell you what needs to be done, you pull in the right people or ask for help. Systems thinking: you design for reliability and maintainability, not just speed. You document what you build so the next person can understand it. Mile widziane: Experience with AI/LLM integration in GTM workflows; prompt engineering, variable personalisation at scale, or agentic workflows using Claude, GPT, or similar. Background in or exposure to a B2B professional services or consulting context; you understand longer sales cycles and the difference between a good-fit client and a bad one. Familiarity with intent data and signal-based prospecting (G2 intent, job change alerts, funding signals, technology change indicators). SQL or equivalent data querying skills for ad hoc analysis and pipeline reporting. Nice to have: Polish speaker O projekcie: This is a builder role. You will design, build, and own the systems that generate qualified pipeline for STX Next; from the moment a signal appears in the market to the moment a prospect books a call with our team. No brief, no handoff. You own the architecture end to end. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, not tasks. Someone who sees manual, disjointed processes and immediately asks: how can we turn this into something more valuable? Someone who understands that the right workflow, running reliably in the background, is worth more than any individual campaign. However, you should not shy away from doing things that don’t scale. We are at a pivotal point in our company’s history and experimentation + exploration is a key trait we look for, not overengineered processes. Zakres obowiązków: Design and build automated outbound and inbound workflows across our full GTM stack. From signal detection and lead enrichment to routing, personalisation, and CRM sync. Own the data pipeline: ICP matching, contact enrichment (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn), deduplication, and data quality so the sales team always works from a clean source of truth. Build AI-powered research and personalisation layers, using LLMs (Claude / Claude Code or OpenAI / Codex) to generate context-aware copy, score accounts, and surface buying signals before they reach a human. Identify and eliminate manual work across the revenue team. If something is done by hand often, you'll figure out whether it should be automated, and build it. Own the GTM tech stack: evaluate tools, manage integrations, cut redundancy, and keep the architecture lean and maintainable. Set up reporting dashboards and attribution so the team can see exactly which signals, workflows, and channels are driving pipeline. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to translate commercial priorities into systems, not just execute requests and acts reactively.
