Infra Specialist (Blue Prism)

Nasze wymagania: 1–3 years of IT infrastructure experience or in automation infrastructure Strong understanding of infrastructure, security, and cloud services Experience with two automation platforms including Blue Prism Hands-on SQL and PowerShell knowledge Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or ISO frameworks Strong analytical and communication skills. Mile widziane: Certification in two automation platforms. Exposure to AI/ML, Process Mining, or Intelligent Automation. Understanding of coding standards and automation accelerators. Eagerness to grow into a senior advisory role. O projekcie: As an Infra Specialist, you will support the design, setup, and maintenance of automation infrastructures with a strong focus on Blue Prism. You will contribute to platform configuration, operational readiness, monitoring, and stability across automation environments. You will participate in technical discussions with clients and delivery teams, ensuring that environments operate smoothly and align with best practices. Zakres obowiązków: Participate in infrastructure advisory workshops and contribute to solution design Support configuration and administration automation platforms including Blue Prism Install and maintain Blue Prism components across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments Perform setup of monitoring and alerting components Draft infrastructure documentation, diagrams, version validation notes, and technical recommendations Assist with release and environment management Engage with clients at an operational level Provide L3 support and coordinate bug fixes and improvements Support junior team members as needed.
