Nasze wymagania: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, or similar roles. - Experience working in global or follow-the-sun / 24×7 environments is highly valued. - Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, VMware, virtualization, and cloud operations. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, including identity integrations, storage, and backup. - Working knowledge of container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes) and platform lifecycle. - Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform). - Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (WAF, firewalls, load balancers). - Experience with backup & recovery, disaster recovery readiness, and infrastructure lifecycle operations. - Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling in large-scale environments. - Strong commitment to following global standards, reusable patterns, and best practices. - Ability to manage incidents, prioritize issues, and act effectively in critical situations. - Experience participating in major incidents, including RCA and follow-up actions. - Strong documentation skills and ability to create clear, reusable technical knowledge. - Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams. - Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with focus on operational excellence. - Fluent English (B2+), comfortable working in a multicultural environment. - Certifications are a plus, such as: Microsoft Azure Associate ,AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) O projekcie: Amer Sports is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our global Infrastructure Operations team and support cloud and on-premise platform environments. In this role, you will be responsible for L2/L3 operational execution across cloud platforms, virtualization, and infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, stability, and security of global environments. You will work in a follow-the-sun model, collaborating with international teams to maintain and improve infrastructure operations at scale. Zakres obowiązków: RUN – Infrastructure operations & support • Administer and maintain cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), on-premise VMware environments, and regional data centers. • Execute OS lifecycle activities including patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation. • Manage backup & recovery processes and support disaster recovery readiness. • Support Web Application Firewalls, cloud firewalls, and load balancers. • Operate and maintain container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure tooling. • Ensure platform reliability, stability, and continuity through monitoring and proactive issue resolution. • Participate in major incident management, including RCA preparation and follow-up actions. • Execute infrastructure changes with proper risk analysis, rollback planning, and validation. • Maintain accurate documentation in tools such as Confluence and CMDB. • Contribute to a 24/7 operational model and handovers across global teams. ENABLE – Platform & tools collaboration • Collaborate with cloud engineering teams on automation, templates, and platform standards. • Work closely with ServiceNow teams on incident, change, and workflow execution. • Support improvements in monitoring and alerting with observability teams. • Contribute to automation and integration initiatives (scripts, orchestration, IaC, CI/CD). GOVERN – Standards & compliance • Ensure adherence to global infrastructure standards and governance models. • Support security, compliance, and audit readiness activities. • Contribute to FinOps and cloud cost governance practices. • Follow lifecycle standards, versioning policies, and architecture guidelines. Cross-team collaboration • Act as a technical counterpart for Field Services and Support teams. • Support global rollouts, migrations, and modernization initiatives. • Provide operational feedback to improve architecture standards and platform design.
