IT Engineer

For our client we are seeking experienced IT Engineer to join our team and support critical infrastructure operations, security management, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, datacenter lifecycle maintenance, and network administration, ensuring high availability and compliance with organizational standards. Manage and resolve incidents within SLA using ServiceNow. Maintain and implement datacenter equipment, servers, and services. Perform KPI-driven security vulnerability analysis and patch management. Administer Active Directory and Identity Access Management (IAM). Configure and maintain networks, including VLANs and VPNs. Monitor systems and services for outages and configure alerts. Automate tasks using scripting and deploy software via SCCM.
