For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Operations Specialist - 3 days from the office This position focuses exclusively on operational activities including monitoring, support, troubleshooting and deployment operations. We are seeking a skilled, hands-on IT Operations Specialist to join our High Risk technology team, focusing on the operational excellence, reliability and performance of our diverse application landscape. This is a Senior/Expert-level position within a DevOps framework, dedicated to operational activities. Wymagania: Must-haves: - ITIL Foundation certification - 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations and support across diverse application environments, including Java applications, data platform, workflow orchestration tools, etc. - Broad knowledge of application architecture, performance tuning and data pipeline management. - Experience with both Linux and Windows infrastructure and environment management, and proficiency with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java or C#, and database queries (Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres etc.). - Leveraging AI capabilities such as GitHub Copilot to streamline and improve operational workflows - Experience with monitoring tools and alerting systems (e.g. Splunk). Codzienne zadania: - Take full, hands-on ownership from business delivery readiness to production run, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency across multiple applications and platforms - Provide daily, hands-on operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, problem management and root cause analysis. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts and business stakeholders. - Driving clear, timely communication with all relevant parties regarding incidents, resolutions and ongoing operational matters.
