Junior DevOps Engineer
Workplace: on-site KRAKOW
CRIF is an international company specializing in credit bureau and business information, outsourcing and processing services, and credit solutions. Joining us, you will become a member of a company that is one of the key players worldwide providing integrated solutions for business & commercial information and credit management. Nowadays more than 3,300 banks and financial institutions, 44,000 business clients, and 190,000 consumers use CRIF solutions in 50 countries daily.
We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of professional experience. We also welcome applications from recent graduates and candidates with internship experience who are eager to learn and grow in a DevOps career path. A solid understanding of Linux systems is essential. Please note: this is an on-site role based in Kraków.
Technology stack: VMware, AWS, Azure, K8s, Docker, Gitlab, Ubuntu
Responsibilities:
• Support software development infrastructure
• Support production environment on prem and in the cloud
• Maintain superb relations with colleagues inside and outside the team
• Communicate efficiently with colleagues in Krakow and other CRIF units on daily basis.
Requirements:
• Proved record of 1+ years of experience, internship, academic projects in a similar area will be considered an advantage
• Higher education (IT, Engineering or similar) or currently in the final year of studies
• Good understanding of Linux – must have
• Basic experience in CI/CD/CT pipelines implementation
• Good understanding in Python used for automation tasks
• Good understanding of Bash and Unix command line toolkit
• Infrastructure Automation: Configuration Management, Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• On prem and cloud-based Kubernetes services
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (ELK, SIEM)
• Very good English, both spoken and written.
