Kierownik/Kierowniczka Zespołu DevOps/SysOps (Cloud Transformation) 📲🌐 Drive the technological transformation of a global payment giant. We are looking for a technical leader to head our Warsaw-based Systems Engineering team, balancing strategic architectural oversight with modern people management to scale infrastructure processing billions of dollars in transactions. Direct UoP at a global Fintech organization (Electronic Payments industry)💳 Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week (Wola) What You’ll Do 🛠️💼 • Lead & Scale: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth. • Strategic Oversight: Define the roadmap for cloud infrastructure evolution (GCP/AWS) and enterprise-grade CI/CD automation. • Architectural Leadership: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), containerization, and microservices patterns. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure investments with business goals. Who You Are 👤🎯 • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in Systems/DevOps Engineering with at least 3 years in team leadership or management role. • Technical Expert: Strong background in Cloud (GCP or AWS), Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform/Ansible). • Automation Mindset: Proven track record in building complex CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness, or similar). • Compliance-Aware: Understanding of regulated environments (e.g., PCI DSS) and a focus on security/stability. • Fluent Communicator: C1 level in both Polish and English. Nice to Have ⭐💡 • Advanced Cloud Certifications (GCP Professional Architect / AWS Solutions Architect Pro). • Experience with Harness, GitLab CI, or Service Mesh. • Background in global team management across multiple time zones.
