Manager - IT Delivery Lead Cloud Operations

Nasze wymagania: Proven experience leading teams in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Operations, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and core operational areas such as OS patching, DR, networking, load balancing, and security. Solid stakeholder and vendor management experience, including contract governance, SLA management, and service improvement. The ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes within an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with ITIL (certifications are a plus). Zakres obowiązków: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CloudOps team, fostering accountability, growth, and teamwork. Own the delivery and performance of Cloud Operations, ensuring availability, security, and cost efficiency across our cloud based environment. Drive improvement initiatives / projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban) and ensure strong vendor performance through effective governance. Oversee key operational processes such as OS patching, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, incident handling, capacity planning, and compliance.
