Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: We are looking for a skilled and forward‑thinking DevOps Engineer who thrives in cloud‑native environments and enjoys building reliable, scalable automation. If you’re someone who takes ownership, collaborates naturally with developers, and is passionate about creating smooth, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’ll work with modern tooling—GitLab CI, Terraform, Azure, Kubernetes, ArgoCD—and play a key role in shaping our infrastructure, deployment processes, and engineering culture. Wymagania: - Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert - Minimum of 3 years in a Cloud Engineering or DevOps role, specifically focusing on Azure environments. - Solid understanding of Docker (and Linux), container image optimization, and registry management (Azure Container Registry). - Extensive experience in building complex, multi-stage pipelines in GitLab CI focused on containerizing applications as Docker images for Azure, managing Helm charts, and orchestrating deployments through ArgoCD (app-of-apps approach). - Deep knowledge of Helm for packaging Kubernetes applications and utilizing ArgoCD to maintain the desired state via a GitOps workflow. Codzienne zadania: - Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to automate the build, test, and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle. - Develop reusable CI/CD templates and shared libraries to ensure consistency across multiple development teams and projects. - Use Terraform to architect and manage production-grade Azure infrastructure, ensuring that all environments (Dev, Test, Prod) are defined as code. - Manage core Azure services, including networking (VNETs, Peering), security (NSGs, Key Vaults), and compute (AKS, App Services). - Perform proactive maintenance, including resource scaling, cost optimization, and ensuring high availability through backup and recovery strategies. - Manage application lifecycles within Kubernetes clusters using a GitOps approach, ensuring the desired state in Git is always reflected in the live environment. - Maintain Helm charts configurations to manage environment-specific settings across the fleet. - Act as the primary point of contact for developers to resolve deployment failures and configuration bottlenecks. - Empower development teams by creating self-service tooling and documentation for environment setup and service onboarding. - Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated scanning (SAST/DAST) and container vulnerability checks into the existing pipelines.
