Mid DevOps / MLOps Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Clear communication and strong ownership. AI-first mindset and ability to learn quickly. 3+ years of DevOps experience in production environments. Strong Linux administration skills. Experience with CI/CD systems and Docker. Solid networking and security fundamentals. Basic PostgreSQL administration experience. Mile widziane: Experience with GPU environments and CUDA. Familiarity with on-premise or air-gapped deployments. Python scripting for automation. GDPR or EU data compliance context. Polish helpful but not required. O projekcie: You’ll own infrastructure across AI products and client projects, working on on-premise deployments and CI/CD systems. This is hands-on work on production systems where reliability, security, and maintainability matter. You’ll work closely with the CTO and be responsible for delivering infrastructure that clients can operate independently. Zakres obowiązków: Design and maintain on-premise infrastructure using Proxmox. Build and operate secure network access (VPNs, SSH, jump hosts). Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Manage PostgreSQL databases, including migrations and backups. Deploy and manage services using Docker and Docker Compose. Configure and run LLM inference systems (vLLM, llama.cpp). Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting. Document systems for client-side operation. Oferujemy: Attractive salary PLN 15,000-25,000 depending on experience.
