Your main responsibilities: • Deliver operational solutions and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain infrastructure stability. • Handle incidents and outages with swift, effective response procedures. • Perform ongoing infrastructure engineering activities to optimize system performance. • Ensure ongoing system reliability and high availability of technology products and services. • Collaborate with technical teams to implement best practices in infrastructure management. • Document incidents and solutions to improve future responses. • Support the maintenance and upgrade of on-premise Unix-based systems. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in operations engineering or infrastructure management. • Strong knowledge of Unix systems and on-premise infrastructure. • Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills. • Ability to work flexibly, including working 4-6 days per month from the office. • Good communication skills in English. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Experience with cloud environments or automation tools. • Relevant certifications in system administration or infrastructure management.
