Team/Role Overview Team delivers operations support to Market, Payments, finance critical and SLA driven applications that utilize IBM MQ as their highspeed messaging systems. Team comprises L2 & SRE professional responsible for building and managing the day-to-day operations of the global environment. What you’ll do: • The member will function as individual contributor while also leading the operations team • Design and maintain MQ architecture for financial applications and ensure high availability & reliability of MQ services   • Handling incident and problem management as part of Production ops support  and take part in the rotational on-call support roster. • Adherence to Change and Release governance • Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in BAU operations • Coordinating with internal auditors and risk & governance team for providing technical clarifications What we’ll need from you: • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment • Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes • Impact the production support function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams   • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative   • Advise or mentor junior team members What we can offer you: This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to build an in-depth knowledge of production services operations.
