MS Dynamics 365 Technical Manager

Your Role & Responsibilities As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our ERP landscape. Your mission will include: • Architectural Leadership: Designing and overseeing the implementation of robust D365 Business Central solutions tailored to complex business needs. • Technical Excellence: Driving the development of high-quality extensions and integrations using the AL language, while ensuring system performance and scalability. • Team Empowerment: Mentoring a dedicated team of developers and consultants, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high performance. • Strategic Growth: Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and innovations to keep our platform at the cutting edge. • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery. Technical Profile We are looking for a seasoned expert who brings a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem: • ERP Expertise: Over 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central, with a solid grasp of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules. • Programming Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AL; experience with C/AL is highly valued for legacy transitions. • Modern Stack: Proven track record with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration via Azure services and APIs. • Delivery Excellence: Experience in full-cycle, end-to-end ERP implementations, including complex data migration projects. • Development Standards: Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, version control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment. Key Qualifications • Communication: Exceptional command of English (both written and spoken) is essential for global collaboration. • Leadership: Natural ability to lead people, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships. • Education: A University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
