Observability Lead

Nasze wymagania: 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, including observability or monitoring transformations. Strong IT background in Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Engineering. Proven experience integrating platforms in enterprise environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud setups. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership. Hands-on, pragmatic, collaborative, and able to work both strategically and operationally. O projekcie: Drive the strategy, design, and implementation of our new observability platform. Coordinate across teams, guiding tool selection, and ensuring successful integration across enterprise platforms and hybrid environments. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the observability workstream end-to-end, from strategy through implementation and adoption. Own the evaluation, selection, and rollout of the enterprise observability platform. Design and implement integrations across cloud and on-premise environments. Define and promote best practices for logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerting, and event correlation. Establish cost-efficient ingestion, storage, and operational models to optimise performance and scalability. Provide clear communication and reporting to Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders. Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to teams. Drive documentation, enablement, and change management to ensure adoption across the organisation.
