Performance and Resolution Analyst (m/f/d)

What IT technologies do you have the most experience managing? 5+ years’ operating systems or networking administration experience What layer of the network stack have you had experience managing or troubleshooting? What types of operating systems have you had experience managing or troubleshooting? Scripting and automation experience Zakres obowiązków: Perform troubleshooting and triage of systems/networking issues while creating best practices. Ability to communicate trends and potential solutions to technology stakeholders for review and implementation. Able to direct the efforts of and train less experienced analysts. Assess and enforce quality of analyst efforts utilizing trend reports and ticket reviews. Collaborate with analysts to support, maintain, and refresh systems and networking technologies per procedures established by implementation teams. Coordinate Operational support efforts in system outage resolution.
