Platform Cloud Engineer

Start: FlexibleContract: B2B, long term cooperation Work model: 3 days from the Warsaw office per week Project language: English/Polish Business trips: to Denmark occasionally Recruitment process: case study + 1 meeting You will play a key role in building, operating, and continuously improving our cloud platform and automation capabilities. Your mission is to enable scalable, secure, and compliant cloud adoption through everything-as-code, strong engineering practices, and deep integration between cloud services and existing enterprise systems. A key focus of the role is to continuously improve platform usability and developer experience. We strive to make the platform intuitive, well-documented, and easy to work with – so development teams can focus on delivering business value rather than dealing with complexity.   Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate the Enterprise Scale Foundation platform and CI/CD pipelines. • Improve platform usability, reliability, and developer experience. • Implement and manage Landing Zones, guardrails, and policy-as-code. • Develop automation using IaC, APIs, and reusable workflows. • Build integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ITSM, identity, data). • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met. • Collaborate with teams to drive platform improvements and enable self-service. Requirements • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (including operations). • Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills (Bicep, Terraform) • Knowledge of CAF / Enterprise Scale best practices. • Understanding of security and compliance (preferably financial sector).Experience • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methods. • Previous experience with Customer Exeprience.
