Codzienne zadania: - Provide end-to-end production support, including incident resolution and post-resolution problem management. - Install new software releases and implement in-house developed solutions (Shell scripts, Java, Python, Bash). - Support testing activities for new implementations. - Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. - Review, re-engineer, and automate processes to improve system performance and resilience. - Design and deliver service offerings, process improvements, and architecture evaluations. - Perform data analysis, reconcile anomalies, and assist with root cause investigations. - Contribute to Agile/DevOps adoption and continuous integration/deployment practices.
