Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines. Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility to work extra paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events. Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Technical mindset. IT project management and planning skills (7+ years). Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector). Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework. Confident working with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence). Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working. Understanding of how to work with Risks connected with Releasing processes. Great communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge to communicate with the development team(s) and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the team. Passion to work with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool to create automated release pipelines with the help of technical experts. Mile widziane: Experience with Release orchestration tools (Helix, Digital.ai). Previous experience in. O projekcie: As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with standards. You will be working with many different stakeholders to secure a safe and successful delivery. Zakres obowiązków: Coordinating, planning and maintaining regular release roadmap for one or more applications. Release and deployment planning and coordination of multiple parallel releases. Planning release go live and post-go-live activities. Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release process. Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone. Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams. Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration. Working with central releasing team.
