Nasze wymagania:
Experience: 5+ years in software development, project management, or IT operations, with strong emphasis on release management.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation processes.
Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
Communication: Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve cross-team issues and make confident decisions under pressure.

We are looking for a highly organized and technical Release Manager to join our client’s team and take full ownership of their software release lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a reputable organization and play a key role in ensuring smooth, secure, and frequent deployments across all environments with minimal disruption to end-users.
Zakres obowiązków:
Release Planning: Plan, schedule, and track release schedules across multiple product lines and teams.
Pipeline & Environment Management: Manage release pipelines and deployment automation, ensuring proper test environment provisioning.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and evaluate risks or dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead readiness reviews, manage deployment gates, and align QA and operations teams on guidelines.
Incident Management: Oversee contingency and rollback procedures to address issues quickly.
Continuous Improvement: Track release metrics, gather feedback, and optimize delivery methodologies (CI/CD).
