SecOps engineer

emagine is looking for a SecOps engineer for our amazing client in Stockholm. Start date 2026-05-19 End date 2026-08-31 Workload: 50% The resource should have experience in IT Security Operations, with the ability to manage operational tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and support vulnerability and incident handling processes. Familiarity with enterprise environments and ticketing systems is expected. Requirements: • Experience in IT Security Operations / SOC / SecOps • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) • Understanding of vulnerability management and incident handling • Ability to work independently and manage operational workload • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to actively contribute to ongoing initiatives, particularly in IT Security Configuration Management and system hardening, ensuring alignment with security standards and best practices. Nice to have: • Experience with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Azure Security) • Knowledge of vulnerability management processes at scale • Experience working in large enterprise environments • Basic scripting or automation understanding • Familiarity with compliance/security frameworks
