About the project
You will join a CSHARK team delivering a project for our client, a technology company building on-device AI audio and speech products.
You will own the platform on which the client trains its AI audio models. You will keep GPU infrastructure efficient, give researchers the tools they need, and support the path from trained model to edge deployment.

Your responsibilities
• Own and develop the AI training platform: GPU clusters, CUDA environments, Kubernetes and/or Slurm.
• Support PyTorch training workflows at scale.
• Run experiment and data tooling such as MLflow, Weights & Biases and DVC.
• Manage pipelines for large audio datasets.
• Support model export for edge devices.
• Build tools that make researchers faster, and share on-call with the DevOps engineer.
What we expect
• Senior-level experience in MLOps / AIOps or ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure and CUDA.
• Kubernetes and/or Slurm.
• Experience with PyTorch training workflows.
• Experience with MLflow, W&B, DVC or similar tools.
• Fluent English.
Nice to have
• Audio or speech ML.
• Model export and optimisation for edge (ONNX, quantisation, QNN, TFLite).
• Experience working closely with research teams.
