Senior Blue Prism RPA Operations Engineer – DevOps Specialist

As a Senior Blue Prism RPA Operations Engineer – DevOps Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in automation technology dedicated to transforming workflows and driving digital innovation. You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the Blue Prism environment, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement in robotic process automation solutions. Your main responsibilities: • Oversee daily administration of the Blue Prism live environment, executing and monitoring processes to guarantee optimal performance. • Support all operational processes in the live environment, handling exceptions and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Review process developments and workflows created by RPA developers to ensure smooth deployment and future operations. • Monitor and optimize the capacity of the Robotics environment, raising infrastructure upgrade requests as needed. • Generate regular reports on process performance for clients and management, providing insights and recommendations. • Manage audits, document findings, and coordinate with development teams to address issues effectively. • Collaborate closely with a team of 3-4 developers, fostering cooperation and shared goal achievement. • Support security, access management, and system upgrades to uphold high standards of compliance and security. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 6+ years of experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism. • Strong expertise in Blue Prism control room administration and infrastructure management. • Proven experience managing virtual machines and system environments. • Excellent understanding of process monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity optimization. • Effective communication skills in English and Polish, with a focus on clarity and collaboration. • Strong organizational and analytical abilities to support continuous improvement. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Scrum Master certification or experience. • Additional certifications in security or compliance governance. • Experience with ITSM and audit management. Language Required for the role: • Fluent in both Polish and English.
