Senior Cloud Engineer

• Industry: IT/insurance • Location: remote • Rate: up to 165 pln/h net + VAT, B2B • Long-term cooperation Main Responsibilities: Core duties involve the design, development, testing, and operation of Azure platform components in regulated settings. • Design, develop, test, secure, and operate Azure platform components across the full SDLC. • Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for repeatable, auditable deployments. • Develop Infrastructure as Code for provisioning and configuring Azure services. • Implement security-by-design practices and compliance sign-offs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pipelines and service configurations. • Enhance Managed BDAP Services and their underlying components. Key Requirements: • 7 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code and Automation methodologies. • Advanced PowerShell and Terraform scripting skills. • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, including YAML and reusable templates. • Knowledge of Git-based workflows and version management. • Expertise in AI-assisted coding using GitHub Copilot. • Proficient with deploying and configuring Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Data Lake Storage, and others. • Highly skilled in networking, identity, and security practices. • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and secure configuration baselines. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with observability tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
