Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS / TypeScript / CDK)

Contract: 6 months (option to extend) | On-site: 3-4 days/week | Start: ImmediateJoin a global engineering team driving cloud transformation for a leading investment bank project! This is a hands-on role where you’ll help modernize applications, migrate workloads to AWS, and build scalable, production-ready cloud patterns using TypeScript and AWS CDK. What you’ll do: • Migrate workloads to AWS and implement cloud-native solutions • Build reusable frameworks, utilities, and automation to accelerate cloud adoption • Design and deploy multi-tier, highly available, and secure applications • Collaborate with global teams on feature design and problem-solving • Ensure compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization across cloud environments Key Skills & Technologies: • AWS Services: ECS Fargate, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, RDS, MSK • Programming: TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Bash • Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK, CloudFormation • Databases: DynamoDB, MongoDB, Aurora Postgres • CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline • Cloud architecture, microservices, serverless computing You are: • Passionate about cloud and developer experience • Experienced in architecting and deploying production-ready systems • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Ready to take your cloud expertise to the next level?
