Senior Data Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join our Data Warehouse team and help shape and scale our cloud data platform. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone who can design, build, and operate reliable data pipelines — and, most importantly, bring strong senior-level dbt expertise to the team. What you’ll be doing? - Owning and evolving core data platform capabilities such as CI/CD, environment management, observability, and access control to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and easy to build on. - Building and owning data pipelines and transformations on our Snowflake-based data platform. - Leading the design and implementation of dbt-based ELT, including scalable modelling, testing, and documentation. - Developing orchestration, ingestion, and automation solutions using Airflow and Python. - Improving developer experience and raising engineering standards across testing, deployment, maintainability, and platform operations. - Partnering with analytics and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, secure, production-grade datasets.
