Senior DevOps Engineer

O projekcie: About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automating various aspects of software delivery. WHAT WE OFFER - Salary : B2B: 19000–27000 PLN - Hybrid work : Katowice, , Poznań or Leszno / Remote - A laptop (Windows/Mac) - Flexible working hours and possibility to work remotely - Trainings and workshops - B2B contract Wymagania: - 7+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role - A team player - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AKS) and containerization with Docker - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services - Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform - Configuration management with Ansible - Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python - Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or other pipeline automation tools - Solid experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and observability - Understanding of the ELK stack for centralized logging and analytics - Good grasp of version control systems, especially Git - Background in Linux/Windows system administration - Fluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1) Codzienne zadania: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab or similar platforms) - Manage and orchestrate containers with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) - Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible - Develop and maintain scripts and tooling using Bash and Python - Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki - Implement and support centralized logging using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) - Secure configuration management and integrate with external authentication systems - Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure system resilience and scalability - Administer and support Linux and Windows Server environments - Operate within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure
