Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join the Technical Platform team, who will be responsible for building and developing Kubernetes clusters. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Kubernetes/Rancher-based solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our services. Responsibilities • Designing and implementing scalable solutions based on Rancher, • Creating, configuring, and maintaining new Kubernetes environments on-prem and in the cloud, • Monitoring and optimizing Kubernetes cluster performance, • Managing users and permissions, • Developing and automating infrastructure and deployment processes, • Managing networking within the cluster, • Diagnosing and resolving issues, as well as providing support to teams in performance and application-related problems, • Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations, • Active participation in the team’s work. Requirements • Degree in Computer Science (or related technical fields), • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Kubernetes, • Very good knowledge of Kubernetes and Rancher, • Good knowledge of Istio (sidecar, ambient, service mesh), • Knowledge of distributed storage systems (Longhorn), • Knowledge of CI/CD automation tools (Helm, Fleet, ArgoCD, Kustomize), • Ability to integrate Kubernetes with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana), • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform/Terragrunt, • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash, • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with development teams.
