Wymagania: Your skills and experience- Qualification: Completed academic studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences or a comparable IT related training. - Experience: Sound knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Rancher and Helm. Experience with container platforms like OpenShift or Cloud Pak for Data is beneficial. - Automation Skills: Practical experience with automation tools such as Ansible, AWX or Ansible Tower, Chef or Puppet. Experience operating applications such as Kafka is an advantage. - GitOps Knowledge: Good understanding of GitOps methods and tools such as GitLab, GitHub, GitBucket or Jenkins. - Working Style: High sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. Ability to work independently and reliably in complex environments.- Leadership: Proven leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams and guiding engineers in DevOps or platform environments.- Languages and Mobility: Very good German and English skills – both at C1 level – and willingness to travel within Germany for customer projects. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and understanding across teams and stakeholders. With your experience in system architecture and DevOps practices, you help create stable and future proof environments. - Building: Assist in developing private or public cloud infrastructures. Through your technical insight, you enable scalable and secure cloud setups that fit customer requirements. - Automating: Manage large system landscapes with automation tools based on GitOps methods and technologies. With your know how, you establish repeatable workflows that simplify operations and improve quality. - Operating: Maintain and enhance platform components and deployment pipelines. Using your ability to understand complex systems quickly, you ensure smooth operations and high availability.
