Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles
- Strong experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of containerized environments and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Practical experience with at least one high-level programming language (Kotlin, Go, or Python)
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD ecosystems and build tooling
- Strong focus on improving developer experience and productivity
- Pragmatic approach to engineering, with a deep understanding of trade-offs
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
- Comfortable challenging ideas, making compromises, and driving alignment

- Experience supporting diverse engineering domains (backend, frontend, mobile, data, IoT)
Zakres obowiązków:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD platforms capable of handling high build and deployment volumes
- Architect and support systems using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle, and Artifactory
- Ensure reliability, extensibility, and security of developer tooling
- Act as a technical leader within the team, promoting a strong platform-thinking mindset
- Influence technology investments and architectural decisions across partner teams
- Support peers in design reviews, execution planning, and complex problem-solving
- Continuously improve self-service infrastructure and automation tooling
- Partner with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize build and delivery workflows
- Advocate for best-in-class developer experience across the organization
- Promote best practices in architecture, testing, documentation, and agile delivery
- Review platform designs, technical decisions, and code to ensure high quality and scalability
- Contribute to planning and execution of long-term technology roadmaps
