Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Apache Kafka clusters  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate Java-based applications into automated deployment workflows • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for scalability and reliability • Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response Qualifications • University degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of DevOps or similar experience • Strong knowledge of Azure services including VMs AKS networking storage and Azure monitoring stack • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture containerization Docker and Kubernetes orchestration • Solid experience with PostgreSQL Redis SQL and KQL • Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka setup configuration and monitoring • Proficiency in Java scripting and GitHub with GitHub Actions for CI/CD • Very good communication skills in English and Polish and openness to occasional visits to our office About Cluster Reply Cluster Reply is the Reply Group company specializing in consulting and system integration of Microsoft technologies.
