About the role
You'll be responsible for the platform that keeps the AI products running — provisioning cloud environments, maintaining deployment pipelines, and operating the Kubernetes layer so everything stays fast and stable even when traffic spikes. This is legal tech: tools built for genuine day-to-day work, not flashy demos.
Much of the challenge comes from operating AI at scale: hosting models without burning budget, handling demand that rarely arrives evenly, and making sure each client's sensitive data stays fully separated inside a shared, multi-tenant environment.
Tech stack
• Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions
• Microservices, multi-tenant architecture, infrastructure-as-code
Must-have
• Strong English communication (C1+)
• 6+ years running production infrastructure for web apps, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on with Terraform and Kubernetes/AKS
• Solid experience with Azure, Helm, and CI/CD (ideally GitHub Actions)
• Proven hands-on track record with microservices and multi-tenant architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
Nice to have
• Python — enough to write and maintain real tooling
• PostgreSQL administration
• Scripting in Bash
• Experience running GPU or model-inference workloads
• Observability tooling
• A security or compliance background relevant to handling sensitive data
