Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Your responsibilities: • Automating DevOps-related tasks and processes - we don’t want to spend our time fighting the same issues every day. • Educating other members of the team - you are the bridge between the Dev and the Ops - help people around you get the best of both worlds. • Understanding the needs and challenges of clients across operations and development. • Engaging in building the right solution that meets the client’s technical and business requirements. • Responding to the needs of development teams in projects. • Creating and updating technical documentation. • Managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps - supporting development teams. Salary range: Poland & EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment). Requirements We want you on board if you have: • Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience. • Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1). • Solid experience with Azure • Solid experience with Kubernetes (especially AKS). • Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD. • Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker. • Experience with high-available and high scalable environments. • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep. • Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go). • Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution. • Practice with monitoring/data collection tools: Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix. • Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube. • Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards. • Proactive security-first approach.
