Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
Strong experience with Docker, Dockerfiles, image building, and multi-service Docker Compose environments
Good understanding of Linux, especially Debian-style systems
Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, HTTP, reverse proxies, and load balancers
Experience with Bash and at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or Ruby
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Production operations experience, including on-call work, incident response, postmortems, and capacity planning
Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Understanding of cloud primitives such as load balancing, object storage, and managed databases
Good knowledge of Git
Experience using AI coding assistants or agent-based workflows in real engineering work
Strong written English for documentation, runbooks, RFCs, and postmortems
Mile widziane:
Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Experience with Terraform or Ansible
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus or Sentry
Database operations experience, including replication, backup/restore, performance tuning, or point-in-time recovery
Security hardening and secrets management

O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to take ownership of production infrastructure, automation, reliability, observability, and scaling in a hands-on platform environment.
Zakres obowiązków:
・Operate and maintain production systems, including deployments, rollbacks, capacity planning, incident response, and reliability improvements
・Design and implement a scaling roadmap covering horizontal scaling, load balancing, caching, object storage, database replication, and infrastructure resilience
・Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, image publishing, and deployments
・Introduce and improve observability, including metrics, logs, error tracking, alerts, and SLOs
・Manage TLS, DNS, ACME automation, and secrets handling
・Replace manual infrastructure processes with automation and infrastructure-as-code
・Evaluate cloud services such as managed databases, object storage, CDN, and load balancers
・Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, RFCs, postmortems, and incident-response playbooks
・Use AI coding assistants to support infrastructure automation, documentation, and operational workflows
