Senior DevOps Monitoring & Automation Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Python & Automation • Writes clean and maintainable Python scripts for automation, monitoring tasks, and integration testing. • Proficient with pytest or similar frameworks to create end‑to‑end and component-level integration tests. Monitoring & Observability • Hands-on experience with APM tools such as DataDog (or equivalents). • Configures monitoring agents, custom metrics, and log collection pipelines. • Creates dashboards that highlight application performance and system health. • Designs and maintains alerting rules based on KPIs, latency, throughput, and error rates. CI/CD & DevOps Practices • Integrates automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). • Comfortable working with common DevOps tools and automating repetitive workflows. • Familiar with deploying and testing applications in cloud environments, including AWS Lambda or similar serverless setups. Troubleshooting & Analysis • Uses telemetry, logs, and metrics to diagnose production issues. • Works closely with engineering teams to identify root causes and propose stability improvements. • Understands the basics of distributed systems and their failure modes. Collaboration & Professional Skills • Communicates clearly with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure shared understanding of system behavior. • Contributes to building a culture of observability, reliability, and continuous improvement. • Proactive in identifying gaps in monitoring, documentation, or testing, and takes initiative to resolve them. • Comfortable providing technical guidance to peers without formal leadership responsibility. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Python asyncio, multithreading, or concurrency. • Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools. • Understanding of container platforms (Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, Docker). • Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana or other open-source monitoring stacks. • Basic knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth or Basic Auth, especially for test scenarios. • Curiosity about modern LLM/AI tooling (LangChain, LLM APIs, tracing tools like LangSmith).
