Senior DevOps/SRE – Trading Systems

Nasze wymagania: 4+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or DevOps within the financial or trading technology sector. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or shell scripting. Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and internals. Strong networking knowledge and experience with high-performance, low-latency systems. Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git. Familiarity with SRE/DevOps tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop automation solutions. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Polish and English, with strong command in both languages. Mile widziane: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Background in financial markets or electronic trading environments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Maintain and improve system health dashboards using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk. Participate in on-call rotations, providing rapid support for live trading systems. Implement infrastructure as code using CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Document processes, procedures, and system architecture to ensure operational excellence.
