Senior DevOps/Systems Administrator – Banking Infrastructure

As a Senior DevOps/Systems Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector that manages a complex and highly available IT infrastructure supporting critical financial services. You will be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and securing vital systems, ensuring seamless and secure banking operations. Your main responsibilities: • Maintain and administer Linux and Windows Server environments to ensure optimal operation • Monitor system performance and uphold high availability of infrastructure and applications • Manage and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes • Configure and sustain CI/CD pipelines facilitating efficient application deployment • Monitor systems with tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Dynatrace to ensure system health • Troubleshoot incidents, diagnosing, and resolving system issues promptly • Support and maintain messaging systems like IBM MQ, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency • Maintain comprehensive system and operational documentation You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SysOps, DevOps, or Systems Administration roles • Higher education in IT or a related technical field • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, preferably RedHat • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes • Windows Server administration experience • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Dynatrace • Basic knowledge of messaging systems like IBM MQ, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ • Understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and systems used in financial environments • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly • Basic proficiency in English for working with technical documentation It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Additional certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or System Administration • Experience in financial or banking IT environments Language required for the role : • Polish — good command required Eligibility for the role : • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
