As the Team Lead for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will own the SRE strategy and execution across multiple mission-critical services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence. This leadership role involves setting technical direction, improving observability, defining engineering standards, and uplifting team capability to deliver resilient and scalable systems.
You will work closely with architecture, product owners, and engineering teams to embed SRE best practices, automate processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Wymagania:
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership, managing SRE or DevOps-focused teams.
- Proven success in transforming engineering functions with automation, metrics-based reliability, and operational excellence.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash or similar).
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Hands-on experience managing highly available, low-latency systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of incident management, post-mortem analysis, and Kubernetes-driven microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence globally distributed teams.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps/SRE practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience maintaining IT platforms that include vendor solutions or complex third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within regulated sectors (finance, insurance, or similar).
