Senior IT Specialist – DevOps
Join our Developer Experience team within Automation & Orchestration and help make software delivery faster, simpler, and more effective across DSV.
In this role, you will work with developers, architects, DevOps, platform, security, and product teams to improve engineering workflows, support modern development practices, and drive the adoption of automation, self-service capabilities, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Support engineering teams in improving application development and delivery
• Help teams adopt DevOps tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards
• Create reusable templates, automation patterns, and self-service solutions
• Support the development and adoption of Internal Developer Platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot complex development, automation, and tooling issues
• Promote modern practices such as Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering
• Share knowledge through coaching, workshops, documentation, and engineering communities

Requirements:
• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira, or Confluence
• Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, observability, security, and engineering governance
• Interest in AI-assisted development, AIOps, and intelligent automation
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
