Senior / Lead Cloud Architect (m/f/d) – Microsoft Azure 📍 Location: Wrocław (Poland) | Model: Full-time | Employment Type: Permanent  You’re passionate about designing enterprise-scale cloud architectures, bring in-depth Azure knowledge, and want to help shape digital transformation in complex IT environments? Then join our team in Wrocław as a Senior / Lead Cloud Architect (m/f/d) – with strategic influence, high-level responsibility, and exciting client projects.    Your Future Work Environment  You’ll become part of our international cloud team, working closely with project managers, engineers, presales, and stakeholders. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and evolving scalable, secure Azure architectures – from early presales through to successful delivery.    What You Can Expect:  • Azure Architecture Leadership – Design and further development of enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure environments – Setup of landing zones, governance models, and scalable infrastructure  • Technical Leadership & Mentoring – Lead cloud initiatives and mentor other engineers and architects – Establish best practices for security, automation, and infrastructure management  • Project Responsibility & Client Engagement – Lead technical workstreams in Azure cloud projects – Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders  • Automation & DevOps Enablement – Build automated infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Bicep – Promote DevOps culture and CI/CD practices across teams  • Presales & Solution Design – Support presales by running workshops, creating target architectures, and estimating effort – Collaborate with sales and project management on tailored solutions  • Security & Compliance – Ensure cloud architectures meet security, compliance, and data protection standards – Develop and implement governance strategies    What You Bring to the Table:  • Experience – 10+ years of IT experience, including several years in senior or lead cloud architecture roles – Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Azure environments  • Technical Expertise – In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including landing zones and CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework) – Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native services & infrastructure automation  • Soft Skills – Analytical mindset, decision-making strength, and leadership capability – Excellent communication and mentoring skills across technical and non-technical teams  • Languages – Very good German (minimum B2) and good English skills (written & spoken)    What We Offer You:  • Innovative Projects – Strategic cloud transformation initiatives with mid-sized and enterprise clients  • Team & Culture – Collaborative working environment, flat hierarchies, and respectful communication  • Flexible Work Setup – Hybrid work model with modern equipment and home office options  • Professional Development – Tailored certifications and further training (e.g. Azure Expert, Terraform Associate)  • Events & Benefits – Regular team events, company bike program, health initiatives & employee discounts    About digatus  As a full-service IT group, we support companies in their digital transformation – from cloud architecture and IT operations to software development.
