Senior Linux Engineer (Automation & DevOps)

Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize automation processes using CI/CD pipelines and tools • Contribute to the development of self-healing platform capabilities, including exploration of AI-driven solutions • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for engineers, architects, and end users • Collaborate within a SAFe Scrum framework, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices • Provide advanced system administration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution support • Drive continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges • Support and promote DevOps culture, including automation, testing (TDD), and continuous delivery  Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux engineering or system administration roles • Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments • High proficiency in Bash scripting and at least one dynamic programming language (e.g., Python, Perl) • Hands-on experience with configuration management tools, especially Ansible • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools • Experience with GIT, Jira, and modern software development practices • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferably SAFe) • Experience with VMware virtualization technologies • Knowledge of network administration and configuration • Familiarity with Windows system integration • Understanding of cloud platforms and architectures • RHCSA certification or equivalent hands-on experience with Red Hat environments • Very good command of English (oral and written) • Willingness to work 3 days per week in the office Nice to have: • Experience with Veritas InfoScale / clustering solutions • Knowledge of Solaris 10 / 11 environments Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
