O projekcie: - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours - Private healthcare and multisport card - Personal growth and development opportunities with the possibility to rotate between projects - Referral program and company events - Convenient parking Wymagania: - Hands-on experience with OpenShift (4.x) - Strong experience with OpenShift Virtualization / KubeVirt - Proven experience managing VM lifecycle and migrations from platforms like VMware (vSphere) - Experience working with GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD) - Solid Linux fundamentals - Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure layers (network, storage, performance) - Experience working in production environments and owning incidents Nice to have: - Certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift Virtualization Specialist) - Experience with VMware / vSphere - Experience in enterprise or regulated environments Codzienne zadania: - Design, build, and evolve an OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) platform - Manage VM lifecycle (provisioning, scaling, migration, optimization) - Support and lead migration of workloads from traditional virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) - Implement and maintain GitOps-driven workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) - Manage operator lifecycle and core platform components - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across storage, networking, and compute layers - Take ownership of production incidents and drive resolution end-to-end - Ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability - Collaborate with engineering teams across different regions
