Senior Power Platform Developer/lead

Role Summary Power Platform Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps automation, and Solution Management for enterprise-scale deployments. This role will lead engineering practices, enforce governance, and implement CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions across multiple environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.   Job Description • Implement ALM strategy for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse). • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for solution packaging and deployment. • Establish environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance frameworks. • Drive solution lifecycle management, packaging, patching, rollback strategies, and Dataverse schema integrity. • Enable monitoring, telemetry, and operational dashboards for platform health and performance. • Define end-to-end ALM framework, implement pipelines, manage solution segmentation and branching strategy. • Build reusable YAML pipelines for CI/CD Automation, integrate tests and solution checker, automate approvals and release gates. • Set up telemetry dashboards, monitor pipeline success rates, optimize ALM processes. • Work with architects, security teams, conduct training, and document SOPs and playbooks   Required Qualifications • 6+ years in enterprise application development; 3–5+ years in Power Platform engineering. • Strong expertise in Power Platform ALM, solution management, and environment governance. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Pipelines. • Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. • Familiarity with CI/CD best practices, YAML scripting, and source control (Git).   Preferred Skills • Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-400, AZ-204). • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (GDPR, DPDP, SOC). • Familiarity with monitoring tools (App Insights, Power BI). • Monitoring dashboard for deployments and solution health Salary 18 000 - 21 500 PLN Gross per month - Permanent 170 - 195 PLN Net per hour - B2B
