Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

We are seeking an RPA Developer for our client to join a multidisciplinary team that includes frontend and backend developers, data engineers, data scientists, QA engineers, cloud engineers, and project managers. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with Power Automate Desktop and the broader Power Platform is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Blue Prism. A working knowledge of Python and SQL is required—while deep expertise is not necessary, these technologies should be well understood and not new to the candidate. - Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate and Blue Prism - Implement and configure RPA software robots to execute tasks and streamline processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and bots in a timely manner. - Conduct unit testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
