Senior RPA Application Manager (Blue Prism)

Location: hybrid work in Warsaw (2 days from the office per week)  Availability: ASAP / within 1 month  Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Blue Prism Application Manager with strong RPA and DevOps experience to manage and operate a Blue Prism production environment. The role focuses on platform administration, operational excellence, compliance and coordination with development teams in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities • Daily administration of the Blue Prism production environment including execution and monitoring of automated processes • Operation and maintenance of bot servers and RPA infrastructure • Support of live processes including exception handling and incident management • Review of RPA developments and process flows to ensure operational readiness • Capacity monitoring and performance optimization of the robotics environment • Coordination of infrastructure scaling when required • Creation of regular process performance reports for customers or management • Management and support of internal and external audits including documentation and evidence • Coordination and functional guidance of 3–4 RPA developers • Deployment and change management including release processes and environment promotions • Management of known issues, risks and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in RPA, application management or similar IT roles • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism including process development and Control Room administration • 4–6 years of experience in Blue Prism infrastructure administration including virtual machines • 1–3 years of experience managing and operating virtual machines • Proven experience in building, deploying and operating Blue Prism RPA bots • Experience supporting production environments including incident and exception handling • Solid experience with security, compliance, audit and governance topics • Experience with release, deployment, and change management processes • Experience coordinating work of multiple developers • Blue Prism certification • Fluent English spoken and written Technical Skills • Blue Prism Control Room administration at a very high level • Robotic Process Automation with Blue Prism at a very high level • Programming and application development experience • Performance, capacity and infrastructure management • Security, compliance and IT governance • Project and operational management skills Soft Skills • Teamwork and cooperation • Strong communication skills • Analytical and conceptual thinking • Very good organizational skills Offer: • B2B contract via Experis • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
