A good team atmosphere helps us perform better and enjoy the journey. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a mature engineering mindset who understands the demands of working with critical infrastructure. Structure, calmness, and collaboration are key in this environment. You will join a supportive team where knowledge sharing is natural, and where experience is used to strengthen both colleagues and platforms. Participation in an oncall rotation is part of the position at one point. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES • OpenShift & Kubernetes (cluster + networking + security) • CI/CD & GitOps (Jenkins, Argo CD) • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) • Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger) • Container ecosystem (Docker, registries, build tools) • Networking & traffic management (Ingress, service mesh, DNS) • Security (PKI, Vault, RBAC, DevSecOps, HSM-backed key management and secure key lifecycle practices) • Scripting & automation (Python, Bash) • Platform & cluster management (Rancher) • Linux systems administration • Reliability engineering (SRE practices) • Version control (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab) REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar field • Proven background with both on-premises and cloud environments • Strong understanding of complex, business critical architecture • A structured, methodical approach to problem solving • A calm, collaborative personality and strong team orientation • Experience working with mission critical systems • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • A mindset focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term quality • Fluent English; Danish is considered an advantage BENEFITS OF JOINING IN GROUPE ✨ What you’ll get (beyond the job itself) Most important: employment based on an employment contract At IN Groupe, we build secure identities and digital trust for millions of people worldwide - but we also make sure our teams feel secure, supported, and inspired every day.
